RAC warranty claims should always be dealt with via the RAC warranty claims department.
In certain circumstances, where the item is not covered by your RAC warranty, we would ask that you contact us first prior to self authorizing any repairs to your vehicle. Without written authorization, no claims shall be covered by us.
Any refunds shall be made in the same way that payment was made, with the exception of some larger cash payments.
Refunds take 5 working days to authorize and process.
A minimum of £1000 is held by the company whilst awaiting V5 documentation.
